A local manufacturing facility in Horicon, WI is adding skilled machine operators to their team on 1st shift! We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented candidates with previous experience. Quality and precision are key in this role.

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: 1st shift, 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

Duties:

• Verify dimensions for accuracy and quality
• Run multiple machines at a fast pace while maintaining precision
• Review and understand blueprints and work instructions in English

What we're looking for:

• Machine operating experience (more than pushing a button)
• Ability to read blueprints
• Critical thinking skills – use logic and reasoning as well as able to identify solutions
