Salary: $20.50 - $21.50/hr

We are seeking a Material Handler to provide inventory support and material movements within the facility to ensure effective plant operations in Medway, MA.

Pay Rate: $20.50 to $21.50
Schedule: M-F (7:30 am to 4:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process material moves throughout the facility.
• Performs WIP inventory and cycle count throughout the month.
• Return empty bins and empty cardboard to designated area.
• Count AJ components as required.
• Perform Clerical duties – data entry.
• Assist shipping – learn/run software.
• Assist with loading and/or unloading of trucks when needed.
• Deliver purchased items to designated area.
• Picks up and return finished goods from and to packaging.
• Puts away all packaging supplies.
• Train as a backup in EE.
• Support packaging as needed.
• Works safely and complies with all established safety rules and work practices.
• Complies with company and, department policies and procedures as applicable.
• Keeps Supervisor informed of job-related problems and other information related to work
• activity.
• Maintains a positive work attitude and promotes a “team” approach throughout the
• department.
• Performs related work as apparent or assigned.
• Uses lift truck and other mechanical lift aid devices as needed.

Essential skills and experience

• High school education or equivalent.
• 6 months of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Basic knowledge of chemicals and cleaners used in a janitorial/maintenance environment.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift and to obtain an operator’s license.
