Job Description

A growing industrial services company is hiring a Water Treatment Service Technician to support clients across the Greater Toronto Area. This field-based role acts as a key link between technical service and customer support.

You will receive hands-on training, including field shadowing, and will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing water treatment systems such as commercial boilers and cooling towers. The role involves testing chemical levels, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will work directly with clients, helping maintain critical infrastructure that supports their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform water testing and adjust chemical treatments
• Service and inspect boilers and cooling tower systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues
• Maintain accurate service records
• Build strong relationships with clients

Requirements

• Willingness to learn water treatment systems and testing procedures
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude (pipe fitting and basic electrical knowledge are assets)
