• Oversee daily production (mixing, forming, finishing, curing)
• Read blueprints and complete material takeoffs
• Manage inventory and coordinate materials
• Lead, train, and supervise production staff
• Enforce safety standards and shop compliance

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Experience in precast concrete, cast stone, or construction manufacturing
• Prior production supervisor or manager experience
• Ability to read blueprints and calculate materials
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/shop environment
• Knowledge of fabrication, finishing, or concrete processes preferred
