Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Act as a hands-on leader on the production floor, providing direct support and guidance to team members.
• Proactively identify and address production issues, inefficiencies, and potential risks before they impact operations.
• Lead, train, and support production team members to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machinery and equipment issues in a timely manner to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed on the production floor.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate production status, issues, and improvements to management.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• HS/GED
• Technical or vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
