Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

• Research, review, and screen resumes daily.

• Fill jobs with urgency and accuracy.

• Communicate recruitment updates to clients.

• Provide supervision of Express associates.

• Make up to 50 sales calls weekly to clients and prospects.

• Visit company sites for marketing and service appointments.

 

Qualifications:

• Must be able to collaborate with team.

• Must be comfortable speaking with candidates, company representatives, and clients via phone, email, and in person.

• Must be comfortable with sales activity, including booking appointments for himself/herself or for the Outside Sales Representative.

• Must be able to professionally represent Express Employment while on job sites and company meetings.

• Bilingual, in English and Spanish is a plus.

• 2-3 years interviewing and hiring experience is a plus.
