Salary: $23/hr

A Recruiter is needed for a local machine shop in Fall River! The company has various departments from machining, fabricating, welding, to assembly. Two of their recruiters are out on leave, so they need someone to help through October. Industry-specific training can be provided, but they are in need someone with ambition and self-direction. Previous recruiting experience required.

Pay: $23-25+/hour based on experience

Schedule: 1st Monday-Friday 7am-3pm

Work includes:

• Source candidates on Indeed and other job sites
• Respond to applications on job posts
• Onboard and help train new hires
• Process paperwork and offer letters

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly in English
