Position Overview:
The Front Office Coordinator (FOC) is responsible for creating a positive first impression for all traffic (telephone or in-person) in the Express office. FOCs monitor and respond to daily online applications, answer telephones, greet visitors, administer skills evaluations, monitor office appearance, and participate in achieving the office's overall goals.
Technical Skills:
• Multi-line Phone Skills
• Basic Computer Skills (Word, Outlook Calendar)
• Typing – 40 wpm (minimum)

Education/Experience:
• High school diploma/GED
• Knowledge of business and office procedures
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
