Listing Specialist Job Summary: A growing Grand Rapids liquidation company is seeking a listing specialist to join their team! This role plays an important part in creating and managing online product listings, ensuring items are accurately researched, priced, photographed, and published across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in presenting products clearly and accurately to drive online sales.
Listing Specialist Responsibilities:
- Strong attention to detail when researching, pricing, and creating accurate product listings
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Ability to take clear, high-quality photos of products
- Comfortable using the internet to compare pricing and product information
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple listings at once
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
- Good written communication skills for clear and concise product descriptions
- Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability
Schedule & Pay:
- Part time schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 9:00am-3:00pm
- $18.00/HR
Listing Specialist Qualifications:
- Familiarity with computers and smartphones, including basic navigation and internet use
- Ability to learn and use e-commerce platforms and listing tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic written communication skills for product descriptions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
