Responsibilities of the Process Engineer:

• Develop optimize and maintain injection molding process for plastic components
• Troubleshoot molding, material, tooling and equipment issues related to defects, scraps and downtime
• Collaborate with tooling, production, quality and maintenance to resolve issues and improve performance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Process Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – plastics, manufacturing, mechanical or related field
• Experience in injection molding manufacturing
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
