Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Technician with a strong background in manufacturing or production environments. This role is responsible for inspecting materials and finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and identifying issues to support efficient and accurate production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform measurements using appropriate tools and equipment to verify product specifications
• Accurately complete and maintain quality control documentation and reports
• Identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations and communicate findings to production teams
• Assist in troubleshooting quality issues and support corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to improve product quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
• Solid math skills and ability to perform accurate measurements
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.)
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and thoroughly
• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Dependable, consistent, and able to follow established processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous quality control or quality assurance experience
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures
• Experience reading basic blueprints or technical drawings

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production floor environment
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• May involve exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures depending on facility
