Schedule:

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Agent to support the day-to-day leasing operations of a residential community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and can help create a positive experience for prospective and current residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conduct property tours and showcase available units
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, including completing and reviewing paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks
• Support the leasing team in meeting occupancy goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 solid year of recent administrative experience or leasing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of people in a professional setting
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle leasing documentation
• Reliable and able to consistently work the scheduled days and hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience
• Familiarity with property management software
• Sales or customer-facing experience

Work Environment

• Office and on-site property setting
• Requires standing, walking, and touring units with prospective residents
• Fast-paced environment with frequent interaction with residents and applicants
