General Helper (Shop)

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM

Pay Rate:
$17.00 – $17.50 per hour

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a General Helper to join our team in a hands-on shop environment. This role will primarily support the paint department, including prep work, grinding, and coating, while also assisting in other areas of the shop as needed. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working with a variety of equipment and departments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the paint department (prep, grinding, coating)
• Support various shop operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Experience with a paint sprayer preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
