Summer Youth Camp Counselor

We are seeking a responsible and energetic individual to join our team as a Summer Youth Camp Counselor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth and creating a fun, structured environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with youth in a structured setting (after-school programs, summer camps, church groups, or daycare preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience supervising large groups of children is strongly recommended

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision to campers, ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging environment
• Manage camper check-in and check-out procedures
• Organize and distribute pre-made lunches
• Assist instructors by supervising and supporting all camper activities
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings
• Report any incidents, illnesses, behavioral concerns, or property issues to leadership
• Support general camp operations and help coordinate daily activities

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone dependable, attentive, and excited to help create a fun and memorable experience for youth.
