We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder with hands-on experience in trailer manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components based on specifications, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on trailer frames and components using jigs and fixtures

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols

• Measure and cut metal materials with precision tools

• Inspect finished welds to ensure structural quality and compliance

• Operate hand and power tools relevant to metal fabrication

• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate effectively with team leads and production supervisors

Requirements:

• 2+ years of MIG welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trailer production setting

• Must be able to pass a welding test

• Proficient in reading tape measures, blueprints, and technical drawings

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment

• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Indoor/outdoor industrial environment

• Exposure to heat, sparks, and moderate noise

• Day and Night shift opportunities available

• Overtime may be required based on production demand
