Senior Maintenance Technician

Our client in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team.

What you’ll be doing as the Senior Maintenance Technician

• Troubleshoot and repair complex automated manufacturing systems, including high-pressure pneumatics, hydraulics, actuators, and cylinders.
• Maintain and optimize FANUC robotics systems through precise component replacement and programming adjustments.
• Execute both preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC milling machines to minimize downtime and ensure operational precision.
•  Manage detailed maintenance logs, PM schedules, and equipment documentation to track reliability and meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate on equipment installations and process upgrades to improve manufacturing efficiency and system performance.

What we look for in a Senior Maintenance Technician

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with FANUC robot troubleshooting and repair preferred
• Experience maintaining CNC milling equipment
• HS diploma or GED
