Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpenter / Construction Worker with at least 1 year of hands-on carpentry experience in a construction setting. This role involves working on a variety of job sites, assisting with framing, installation, and general construction tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate carpentry work, including framing, measuring, cutting, and installation
• Read and accurately use a tape measure for layout and material cuts
• Assist with construction projects from start to finish, following plans and instructions
• Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on site
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience in a construction environment
• Ability to consistently lift and carry 50 lbs
• Proficient in reading and using a tape measure
• Must have reliable transportation (truck required)
• Must provide own tools necessary for the job
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and job site environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with residential or commercial construction
• Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
• Ability to read basic blueprints or construction drawings

Work Environment

• Outdoor and indoor construction sites
• Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• May require early mornings, overtime, or occasional weekends depending on project needs
