Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Full-time
- Travel required after full training (including out-of-state)
Position Overview:
- Hands-on role supporting mat fabrication, fulfillment, and installation
- Work in a production environment with a mix of shop and field duties
- Physically active position requiring bending, kneeling, and movement throughout the shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform mat fabrication, cutting, and preparation for fulfillment and installation
- Complete installation work after training, including travel assignments
- Bend, kneel, and work on the floor for most of the shift while maintaining quality and safety standards

You Must Have:
✔️ Fabrication or production experience
✔️ Ability to read a tape measure accurately
✔️ Experience using hand tools and cutting materials
✔️ Comfort with repetitive work and physical activity throughout the shift
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
- Must be able to travel out of state once fully trained
