Location: York County, SC
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview: 

CNC Lathe Machinist / CNC Programmer

This is a hands‑on CNC role responsible for programming, setup, editing, and operating CNC equipment to keep production moving efficiently. The shop is 95% CNC, with both milling and lathe work.

CNC Lathe Machinist / CNC Programmer

• CNC Lathes: Haas, Daewoo (OM Fagor Control)
• Mills: 8 Vertical Mills, 1 Horizontal Mill
• Manual Machines: 1 Lathe
• Controls & Software:
  • G‑Code (manual programming)
  • Mastercam
  • BobCAD 37
  • CAD/CAM systems
  • 3–4 Axis, XYZ systems

Key Responsibilities: 

CNC Lathe Machinist / CNC Programmer

• CNC programming using CAD and CAM
• Machine setup, troubleshooting, and editing programs
• Run and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Get parts produced accurately and on schedule
• Work directly on the floor to keep machines running

Required Experience: 

CNC Lathe Machinist / CNC Programmer

• CNC programming, setup, and operation
• G‑Code knowledge
• Experience with mills and lathes
• CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam, BobCAD preferred)

Nice to Have: 

CNC Lathe Machinist / CNC Programmer

• Manual machining background (not required)
