Service Writer

Located in Maryville, TN

Salary: Pay is DOE

Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Service Writer position for a local Maryville company.

 

 

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers
• Discussing what the customer is needing assistance with
• Creating service tickets
• Communicating the customer’s needs with the Service Manager & Service Team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Service writer experience
• Comfortable working in an office with warehouse exposure
• Previous experience in the automotive field is preferred but not required

Shift:

Schedule:  Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM, Saturday:  8AM-3PM (please note that there will be 2 days off provided, but Saturdays will be required); lots of potential for overtime
