Quality Inspector

Located in Chandler, AZ

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Inspector to support daily production quality checks, documentation, and product verification. This role ensures all materials and finished goods meet company specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing

• Perform in‑process, first‑article, and final inspections on materials and finished products.
• Measure, test, and verify product dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools.
• Inspect for defects, inconsistencies, and non‑conforming materials.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.

Production Support

• Communicate quality issues to machine operators, leads, and supervisors.
• Assist in identifying root causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify that production processes follow established quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete inspection reports, non‑conformance reports (NCRs), and quality logs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements.
• Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews.

Equipment & Safety

• Use measurement tools and testing equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow all safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Report equipment issues or calibration concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
• Proficient with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required in a production environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
