We are a growing pastry company in Emeryville, CA seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production/Line Assembly Workers to support our bakery operations. This role involves preparing, assembling, and packaging pastry products in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. This is a full-time, temp to perm job with opportunity for overtime available. 
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, prepare, and package pastry products on the production line
  • Follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards
  • Operate basic production and packaging equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Comply with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
  • Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals
  • Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as needed
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Prior food production or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Shift Schedule

Applicants must be available for morning or evening shifts, including possible weekend work:

  • Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Evening Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
  • Weekends: May include 12-hour shifts
