Pay: $19.00–$24.00/hour + Bonus Opportunity
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (No OT)
Location: Centennial, CO
Position Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire

Job Highlights:

• Manage inbound calls and emails to generate and process customer orders
• Create and send quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Enter order details into internal systems
• Coordinate shipping and returns with carriers
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
• Support accounts receivable follow-ups
• Assist with inventory and warehouse support during peak times
• Deliver high-level customer service and build strong client relationships

What We Look For:

• 1+ year of customer service or office support experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
