About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented Mail Clerk to support a fast-paced state program. This role reports directly to the Summer EBT Program Manager and plays a key part in ensuring accurate mail processing, organized record-keeping, and supportive customer interactions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Mail Processing & Sorting

Process and sort up to 400 pieces of mail per day as part of a team
Ensure all items are accurately categorized and handled according to program guidelines

Mail Organizing & Filing

Organize, label, and file incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain a clean, efficient, and pre-set filing system for both physical and digital records
Ensure documents are easy to retrieve when needed

Data Entry

Enter mail and customer information into CRM software with accuracy
Maintain up-to-date records for tracking and reporting

Customer Service

Assist guardians during card pickup appointments
Provide empathetic, supportive, and professional interactions
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
