Construction Worker – Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to assist with various tasks on job sites. This role involves physical labor, operating tools and equipment, and supporting skilled trades to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and site cleanup
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Help with building, assembling, and installing structures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus
