What You'll Do

Individual Insurance Solutions
Help individuals and families secure the coverage they need through:
- Life Insurance
- Dental Insurance
- Vision Insurance
- Disability Insurance
- Supplemental Insurance Products
Employer Benefits Solutions
Partner with business clients to provide:
- Group Health Insurance Plans
- Employee Benefits Consulting
- Benefit Plan Design
- Benefits Implementation and Enrollment
- Ongoing Account Management and Support
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Build new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community engagement
- Present and sell life and ancillary insurance products to individuals and families
- Develop customized employee benefits packages for employer groups
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Support marketing initiatives designed to expand both individual and group business opportunities
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, employers, and HR professionals
- Serve as a trusted resource through ongoing policy reviews and benefits guidance
- Conduct client meetings in person, virtually, and by phone
- Facilitate employee benefits presentations and enrollment meetings
Client Education & Consulting
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, and long-term planning considerations
- Simplify complex insurance concepts in a clear, approachable, and understandable manner
- Guide individuals and businesses through enrollment, underwriting, and application processes
- Deliver consultative recommendations tailored to each client's unique goals and needs
Account Management & Administration
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM documentation
- Monitor compliance with insurance regulations and company standards
- Track sales activity and provide reporting to leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
Operational Support
- Assist with Medicare and health insurance-related needs as required
- Participate in community events and professional networking opportunities
- Support special projects and team initiatives during peak periods
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance updates, and evolving product offerings
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, employee benefits, or a related field
- Working knowledge of life, health, and ancillary insurance products
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building abilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently explain complex information and guide informed decision-making
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly professional
Preferred Qualifications
- Group benefits experience
- Experience managing client accounts and employer relationships
- Proven success in business development and sales growth
Licenses & Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to maintain all licensing and continuing education requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally up to 50%
- Successful completion of a background check
