Schedule: 3rd Shift 

Pay: $19.00/hour

 

We have multiple forklift positions located in Monroe, NC!  Our associate will be responsible for operating forklifts and heavy machinery to transport materials efficiently and safely within warehouse and production facilities. Key duties include order preparation, inventory control, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The operator collaborates with various departments, ensuring accurate inventory, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to process improvements.

 

What you will be doing: 

 

• Prepare, load, and label orders for delivery
• Process incoming stock and maintain inventory accuracy
• Operate machinery and ensure safety compliance
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and management

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Proficiency in inventory software (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of warehouse practices and safety standards

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and moving machinery in both indoor and outdoor settings
