Job Title: Intermediate CNC Set-Up / Shop Floor Lead
Location: Fullerton, CA 
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $30–$35/hour (DOE)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Set-Up Technician / Shop Floor Lead to support daily machining operations while providing leadership on the production floor. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on setup responsibilities with team coordination and workflow oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CNC machine setups, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Support or assist with CNC programming (as needed)
  • Lead and oversee shop floor operations to ensure production goals are met
  • Provide guidance and support to machine operators and junior team members
  • Monitor quality, efficiency, and safety on the floor
  • Collaborate with management on scheduling, workflow, and process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with CNC setup (required)
  • Programming experience (preferred)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of machining processes and shop operations
  • Ability to read blueprints and work with tight tolerances
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
