Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory control processes, including stock management and purchasing.
• Assist in employee orientation, training, and development to enhance team performance.
• Ability to safely navigate stairs and high-elevation walkways while working in outdoor conditions
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support in their roles while fostering a positive work environment.
• Implement effective strategies to optimize production.
• Utilize math skills for inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with Fluid Control Systems, including valves, pump, hydraulics
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven leadership and staff management experience
• Strong time management capabilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform a variety of physical activities
• Ability to lift and carry heavy weighted materials (up to 50 lbs.)

Schedule & Pay
• $60,000-$70,000 per year
