Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers through proactive outreach, contract renewals, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to discuss account updates and contract renewals
• Communicate rate increases clearly and professionally, addressing questions or concerns
• Work to retain customers by securing contract renewals and reinforcing value
• Navigate challenging conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Document customer interactions and updates accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall experience

Qualifications:

• 2+ years inside sales, customer service in a professional setting, or administrative experience
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and objections effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a goal of building long-term relationships
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
