Job description:

The Inside Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customers. This role is critical in maintaining pipeline accuracy and delivering a high level of customer service in a B2B or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries (phone/email) and provide product/service information
  • Prepare and issue quotations, pricing sheets, and sales documentation
  • Process purchase orders and update CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, ERP platforms)
  • Coordinate with outside sales reps, operations, and supply chain teams
  • Track order status, delivery timelines, and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and reporting
  • Support account managers with administrative and sales support tasks
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction levels

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3+ years in inside sales, sales support, or customer service (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail (quotes, orders, documentation)
  • Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines
