Full-Time Position
Excellent benefits available after permanent hire
Assist with general maintenance and repair projects
Perform painting, plumbing repairs, and drywall repairs
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
Use hand tools and maintenance equipment safely and correctly
Complete work orders and routine facility upkeep
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Assist with additional maintenance duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver's License required
Basic knowledge of maintenance, construction, and repair work
Ability to safely use hand tools and common maintenance equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Personable, professional, and able to communicate effectively
Willingness and aptitude to learn new skills and enhance existing abilities
Frequent bending, stooping, walking, and reaching
Ability to work with various hand tools
Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks in a variety of environments
Steel-toe boots required
Clean, presentable clothing
No inappropriate or offensive messages on clothing
No holes or tears in jeans or shirts
Acceptable attire includes cargo shorts, full t-shirts, polos, and button-down shirts
