A demolition company is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support demolition projects from pre-construction through bid submission. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project scope, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple estimates in a fast-paced environment. Estimator Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid proposals
• Perform site visits to review project scope and conditions
• Complete quantity take-offs from blueprints and plans
• Develop and submit detailed proposals
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors regarding scope and pricing
• Follow up on submitted bids and respond to questions
• Track project budgets and review active job performance
• Support business development efforts and maintain client relationships

Estimator Requirements:

• Estimating experience in construction and/or demolition
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
• Knowledge of demolition scope and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
