Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Occasional overtime may be required

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for Assembly / Production positions. This role involves assembling components, following instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and equipment
• Read and follow assembly instructions and blueprints
• Perform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Report any issues or defects to supervision

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing and background checks
• Ability to lift 10–25 pounds consistently
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
