We are seeking MULTIPLE Sliceline/Boxline Operators! Sliceline/Boxline Operators are responsible for operating machinery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour rotating shifts | 3 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off 

Pay & Shifts:

• Boxline Operators: $18.00 - $20.00/hr | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sliceline Operators: $18.00 - $20.00/hr | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Duties:

• Assisting with line setup, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting.
• Use forklift trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies within the factory.

Experience:

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, hand tools, and power tools used in production environments.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Operating packaging lines and equipment.
• Inspecting and ensuring product quality.
• Performing quality checks and maintaining accurate counts.
• Following safety, sanitation, and production protocols.
• Monitoring temperatures, flow rates, and product quality.
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
• Maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Ability to stand, bend and move on your feet for long periods of times.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Previous production experience preferred but not required.
