Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking detail‑oriented and motivated candidates for Quality Tech openings in Stanchfield, MN. Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in‑process, first‑article, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools

• Verify product conformance to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards

• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records

• Assist with root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for non‑conforming product

• Support production teams with quality‑related questions and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality inspection or manufacturing quality control

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)

• Solid understanding of quality standards, tolerances, and inspection processes

• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability
