Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on processing equipment (mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems)
• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (filter changes, coil cleaning, basic diagnostics)
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly
• Conduct routine facility inspections (plumbing, electrical, lighting, basic carpentry)
• Assist with sanitation and cleanliness alongside production and warehouse teams
• Respond to facility emergencies and be available for occasional after-hours or weekend calls
• Must be EPA certified 

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in maintenance (industrial or facility preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Dependable and team-oriented mindset
