We are seeking a dedicated Sign Installer (Direct Hire) to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of various signage systems across multiple project sites, ensuring safety, precision, and adherence to design specifications. This position offers an excellent opportunity for skilled tradespeople to contribute to high-profile projects while developing their expertise in signage installation and related construction disciplines. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install signage components.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes.
• Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble sign structures using appropriate materials such as metal, wood, or plastic.
• Mount signs securely on various surfaces including walls, poles, or building facades while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of signage with electrical or plumbing systems when necessary.
• Perform site inspections to verify proper installation and conduct quality control checks throughout the process.
• Operate heavy equipment when required for large-scale sign installations or site preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot installation issues on-site and make necessary adjustments promptly.
• Document completed work with photographs and reports for project records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on sign installation or related trades such as carpentry, framing, or fabrication.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating practices.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation.
• Knowledge of construction materials including concrete forming, stucco, drywall finishing, and glass installation.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions safely.
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and signage installation.
• Basic electrical or plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
