Location: Multiple locations throughout the Upstate, SC (Greer, Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Fountain Inn)
Pay Rate: $17.40/hour
Shift: Must be available to work any shift

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and motivated Quality Shift Leads to join our team supporting operations across various Upstate South Carolina locations. This role is responsible for leading quality personnel, ensuring production standards are met, maintaining safety compliance, and assisting with daily operations. Candidates must be flexible, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support quality team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards
• Perform inspections, audits, and documentation as required
• Communicate production and quality concerns to management
• Train and assist team members on procedures and expectations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Travel to different job sites as needed throughout the Upstate

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance
• Steel-toe/safety boots required
• Willingness to travel to Greer, Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, and Fountain Inn
• Must be available to work any shift
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous quality or manufacturing experience preferred
