Salary: 22.00-24.00/hour
Warehouse Associate / Non-CDL Driver
Pay Rate: $22 to $24 an hour based on experience
This is a hybrid role combining warehouse operations and local delivery driving. You’ll split time between preparing orders in the warehouse and delivering products.
Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately
Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment
Maintain inventory accuracy and keep the warehouse clean and safe
Deliver industrial plastic products to customers on local routes
Load and unload delivery trucks safely
Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures
Follow all DOT safety regulations and company driving policies
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to obtain DOT medical certification within the first week
Ability to lift heavy materials (often 50+ lbs)
Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Preferred (but not required):
Prior warehouse or delivery experience
Forklift certification
Knowledge of industrial or plumbing materials
Combination of indoor warehouse work and outdoor deliveries
Physically active role (lifting, walking, driving)
Typically full-time, weekday schedule (some early mornings possible)
