Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals Guelph is hiring on behalf of a great company in the south end of Guelph for a Warehouse Receiver / Outbound Shipper.

This is a hands-on role in a clean, temperature-controlled warehouse, with strong potential for long-term employment and opportunities to be cross-trained in other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually move product and organize items onto skids
• Unpack, label, and code incoming and outgoing products
• Sort and route items to proper storage or shipping locations
• Prepare outbound shipments accurately based on shipping carriers
• Wrap and secure skids for safe transport
• Verify shipping information and maintain accurate inventory records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support other warehouse departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and able to stay productive throughout the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly (most items 25–35 lbs)
• Capable of standing, walking, bending for full 8-hour shifts
• Strong English reading and writing skills
• Must be able to complete a background check
• Reliable transportation preferred (bus accessible)
