Coffee Kiosk Attendant

Location: Coastal Grand Mall – Myrtle Beach, SC

Pay: $15-$16/hr
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time, weekends required

Job Summary

The Coffee Kiosk Attendant is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and high-quality coffee service to guests in a high-traffic mall environment. This role involves preparing beverages, operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining kiosk cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer experiences that encourage repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, enthusiastic service
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, to company standards
• Accurately take orders and process cash, credit, and digital payments using a POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, including counters, equipment, and customer areas
• Restock supplies and inform management of inventory needs
• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally
• Work efficiently during peak mall hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in coffee service, food service, or customer service preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Basic math skills and comfort handling transactions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Schedule Requirements

• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Shifts may align with Coastal Grand Mall operating hours
