We’re hiring an Area Market Leader to drive growth in the Ottawa region within the HVAC, Building Automation, and Controls space.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the industry and wants to take ownership of a territory — building relationships, growing accounts, and expanding market presence.
If you have a strong background in HVAC or controls and enjoy working directly with customers, this is a great opportunity to step into a visible, growth-focused role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business
- Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and end users
- Support customers with product selection, technical needs, and solutions
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and proposals
- Visit job sites to assess and support customer requirements
- Identify new product opportunities and support go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure strong service and delivery
- Travel within the Ottawa region to meet clients and grow the territory
What You Bring
- Experience in HVAC, Building Automation, or Controls
- Strong relationship-building and customer-facing experience
- Ability to manage a territory and grow sales organically
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new products quickly
- Self-starter mindset with strong organization and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
