Job Description:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable, full-time Packer to join our team. This role involves carefully packing customers’ personal belongings, assisting with loading and unloading, and riding along with a teammate to complete deliveries. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work, this could be a great fit.

Pay:

• $13–$16 per hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity to earn commission after permanent hire

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (or later, depending on job completion, must be flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Pack household and personal items safely and efficiently
• Lift and carry boxes weighing approximately 20–50 lbs
• Assist with loading/unloading moving trucks
• Travel with a team member to job sites and delivery locations
• Provide careful handling of customers’ belongings

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, bend, crouch, push, pull, and stoop for long-hours, repetitively
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Background check and drug test required
• Previous packing or moving experience is a plus, but not required
• DBIDs/Base access preferred
