Housekeeper / Laundry Attendant

Job Overview

A hotel in Summerville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role includes guest room cleaning and assisting with on-site laundry operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and helps maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies
• Clean bathrooms, floors, and common areas as needed
• Assist with hotel laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently and independently

Schedule

• 40-hour work week
• Must be available Monday–Saturday
• Scheduled between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Mostly finished by 3:00 PM during the week

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift
• English is not required – non-English speakers are welcome
