Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Pool Industry

Location: Florida (Territory-Based Role)
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 Base + Monthly Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with direct pool industry experience to support growth across the Florida market. This role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and contractors while driving sales within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will bring industry knowledge, established relationships, and the ability to position products effectively to support both new business development and existing account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with pool builders, contractors, distributors, and dealers
  • Drive territory sales growth through new business development and account expansion
  • Serve as a product expert, clearly communicating product features, applications, and competitive advantages
  • Conduct product trainings, presentations, and support new product rollouts
  • Collaborate with clients on promotions, pricing, and overall business strategy
  • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and client interactions within a CRM system
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and territory performance updates

Qualifications

  • Required: Prior experience in the pool industry (products, materials, or services)
  • Proven success in outside sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales goals

Preferred

  • Experience working with pool builders, distributors, or construction-related clients
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
