Forklift/Warehouse Associate

You will be operating a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. This is a selector-type position, filling orders of construction materials and supplies. 

If you are a responsible individual with great experience in driving industrial vehicles, we want you. The goal will be to ensure that materials and products will always be in the right place to achieve maximum efficiency. You will have room for growth and can blend into the other departments. Associates must have familiarity with shipping/loading-related processes using the most advanced forklifts and pallet jack equipment. 

Job Location: Enfield, CT

Salary: $20/hr 

Shift: 1st shift / 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Mon-Fri

Temp to hire position

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have prior forklift experience!! High lift is a plus
• Must be comfortable with 30' lift heights
• Prior warehouse experience is a must (2+ yrs of solid work history)
• Must be willing to lift boxes and load/unload trucks and vans
• Must take a drug test & background check

Responsibilities:

• Loading & unloading trucks
• Sorting/Picking/Unloading lifts of boxes
• Working in a smaller warehouse environment
• Working independently
