Salary: $17.00 + DOE
Assist in answering phones, receive inbound freight, pull customer tickets and send out to shop for inbound freight; Figure and add inbound freight charge to customer orders; Process Vendor return authorizations, process vendor invoices for payment; Close out purchase orders in P.O. Book; file closed purchase orders; straighten and maintain P.O. files/ Will also review UPS bills for inbound freight charges and verify freight charged off; Maintain DOT driver records/files **MUST BE A NON-SMOKER**
