Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Delivery Driver for a local company in Cape Girardeau, MO.

 

Job Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely manner
• Load, unload, and secure items for transport to prevent damage
• Review delivery orders, routes, and schedules before departing
• Follow assigned routes while adapting to traffic, weather, or road conditions as needed
• Verify delivery contents against invoices or shipping documents
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and paperwork
• Inspect vehicle before and after trips to ensure safe operating condition
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or delivery discrepancies promptly
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
• Assist with warehouse or shipping duties when not on the road (if applicable)
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle

Pay: $15/hr

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm.
