Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Field Laborer to join a local company in Cape Girardeau, MO.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare work sites, which may include removing debris and hazards.
• Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare and clean job sites to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Support skilled trades (carpenters, operators, welders, etc.) as needed
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow project plans, instructions, and safety guidelines
• Perform general labor including digging, lifting, and site setup
• Help maintain equipment and ensure tools are job-ready

What You Bring

• Previous construction or field labor experience
• Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and job site safety
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: M-F, dayshift
